The St Georges Basin Country Club boasts three (3) magnificent lawn greens prepared to tournament standard. We have a thriving Women’s (SGBWBC) and Men’s (SGBMBC) bowling groups (as Sub Clubs of the Country Club) with over 200 members combined, which makes us one of the largest in the region.
The respective committees are eager to grow their membership and participation in bowls. They welcome guests and visitors and have a very full annual calendar of events and Carnivals.
If you or your family are interested in just trying the game, or perhaps you are a little more serious about learning to play bowls, we have friendly coaches (free of charge) ready to teach you. Or, you can have a go at “Barefoot Bowls”.. just for fun! Simply contact us and we will assist you.
